| It all started with a commitment to family. Brothers, Scott and Jason Kelly started working together in construction through high school. With drive, dedication and hard work, it wasn’t long before they were running their own successful concrete business. After gaining years of “hands-on” experience, they were ready to achieve their next goal. | |||||||||||||
| Scott and Jason established Nicholas Homes in 1993 with their first residential subdivision in Macomb County, Michigan. Their next locations focused on the Downriver area of Wayne County and the company flourished with this growing community. Today, Nicholas Homes not only does residential new construction, but has branched into multiple family condominiums, commercial building, land acquisition and land development. Our developments can be found in locations throughout Metro Detroit, including Brownstown Twp., Chesterfield Twp., Flat Rock, Fenton, Frenchtown, Macomb Twp., Shelby Twp. and Woodhaven. Despite the steady growth of the companies, Nicholas Homes remains family owned and operated.
