Association Dues: Estimated at $125 per month and include city water and sewer, all exterior maintenance, landscape maintenance, snow removal and building insurance.

Offered buildings and Move-in dates: Buildings 4, 5, 6 & 7 are currently available for deposit, with move-in dates estimated from immediate - two months. Buildings 1, 2 & 3 are in the early stages of construction and have estimated move-in dates in three to six months. Move in dates will depend on the construction schedule for each individual building. Please ask the sales representative for the estimated move-in date for the building that you are interested in.

Reservation deposit: $1,000 will hold the condo and pricing for seven days. This reservation is fully refundable and no purchase agreement is signed at this time. An options and selections book will be given for you to preview and the sales representative will assist you with questions you may need answered prior to signing a purchase agreement.

Purchase Agreement: An additional $1,500 will become due upon signing of a purchase agreement, for a combined total deposit of $2,500. This deposit will be considered part of your down payment requirement for your mortgage. Optional selections and colors will be added at the construction selection meeting scheduled for a later date.

Selections: The sales representative will inform you when selections for optional or included items will need to be made. All color selection samples are available to preview in our sales office at any time. Since some selections may be limited based on the construction stage of your building, it is a good idea to go over this with the sales representative in advance. Choices will be finalized at the time of the construction selection appointment. This appointment will take 1-2 hours of time and color decisions should be made prior to this appointment.
